Jon Engbers (8) was in a waterskiing accident this past weekend resulting in 7 broken ribs and a pneumothorax. We pray for relief from pain and that he will make a full recovery.
We celebrate with Karson & Lily (Feucht) Vander Ziel who were united in marriage this past Friday. We also rejoice with Cade Tiedeman (8) and Anna Postma on their
marriage this coming Friday. May Christ always be the center of their marriage.
We express our sympathy to Mary Van Zanten (3), Erwin & Alma Kooistra (5), and Ryan & Josie Elbers (6) and their families, in the loss of their brother and grandfather, Orville Kooistra. May they feel the prayers of God’s people surrounding them.
Please pray for Ken D. Kooima (3) as he begins treatment following his diagnosis of Myeloma. While this cancer is not curable, we are thankful it can be treated and we pray that the treatment will provide relief from his back pain and provide increased mobility.
A team from Trinity will be serving in Romania from August 3-13. Please pray specifically for Noemi, Izzy & Sammy De Weerd, Brielle & Robyn Kelderman, Ashley Koedam, Breckin Top, Kyra & Sydney Vander Pol, and Adrianne Wiekamp. May each of them be blessed as they bless others.
Our families extend our heartfelt thanks to our church family and friends for the many expressions of love, care, and concern shown to us following the passing of our dear brother, uncle, brother-in-law, and son-in-law, Tim. Your prayers, cards, visits, meals, and kind words have been a great comfort during this time of sorrow. We are deeply grateful for the blessing of being surrounded by such a caring Christian community.
