Arlene Stellinga (2) spent time in the hospital in Sioux Falls last week for kidney stones as well as some other health issues.  We pray for Arlene, Art and their family as they work to find the best path moving forward for Arlene.

Please continue to remember Elly Maas (6)and Pastor Dan De Groot (10) in prayer as they continue on their cancer journeys.  We pray for peace as they wait for future tests and strength for the good and bads days.

Thank you, thank you, thank you!!  When the call went out that urgent prayers were needed for Evan,  our prayer warriors answered!  We felt those prayers through 6 long weeks.  Evan’s life is a MIRACLE!  We have been told repeatedly, from so many doctors, after reading his chart, that the Evan they see is not who they expected to see.  Thank you to those who drove to Omaha to visit– it helped so much to see faces from home.  Thanks for all the cards, texts, and Facebook comments– they helped to pass the time by reading each of them.  Thank you for the food and meals for both of us, as well and Greg & Allison and family, and April and family.  Thank you Trinity Church for loving us and supporting us through this long and hard journey.  You are all such a blessing!

As we face many challenges, we also want to share our overwhelming gratitude to God on Kelly’s behalf for the gifts of labor, materials, and financial help in establishing a place to call home for Kelly.  Along with many Godly people in our community, the generosity displayed is a testament to the love of Christ all around us.  We are also aware of many who are still in need of a helping hand.  May our hearts and hands acts on behalf of those folks as well!
