Please pray for our service men and women during this time of unrest. We specifically pray for those currently deployed to the middle east, including Tom Ellens, son of Dale & Pat Ellens (2), and Sam Stroh, grandson of John & Sylvia De Ruyter (6). We pray for God’s hand to protect them physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
We celebrate with Brandon Kamstra and Mia Knapp on their wedding this coming Saturday, April 4, in Cedar Rapids. We pray for God’s blessing on their marriage!
Our family would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to our church family for the love, prayers, and support you have shown us during the passing of our dear wife, mom, and grandma, Ruth Kooima. Your kind words, comforting presence, and acts of service have meant more to us than we can fully express. We are deeply grateful for the meals, cards, visits, and prayers that have carried us through this difficult time. It is a blessing to be part of such a caring and compassionate community.
