Please pray for Pat De Weerd (4) who suffered a stroke on Tuesday and is currently hospitalized in Sioux Falls. We pray for her and Ron, asking God to provide healing.
Julie Van Tol (4) had successful surgery to repair her broken ankle. We pray for patience and complete healing.
Doug Postma (8) is making slow progress following his hip surgery, which we pray will bring him increased mobility in due time.
We are grateful to hear that Magdalene Wielenga (10), infant daughter of Lyle and Hannah, is slowly improving and was able to have her breathing tube removed this past week. The Wielenga family is grateful for all the cards, messages, gifts and prayers they have received.
We continue to remember those journeying with cancer:
· Mandy Visser (1) recently had tests at Mayo which revealed no new spots and that her treatments have been effective! She will have another 4 rounds of chemo and then meet with her liver surgeon in January to discuss a plan moving forward.
· Elly Maas (6) continues with treatment and will have scans next week. We are grateful that Elly is able to be out and about.
· Pastor Dan De Groot (10) continues with treatment, which makes him extremely tired. He will have scans in January.
· We rejoice with Trudy Huisken (10) on the news of a clean pathology report following her recent surgery!
We continue to remember Carla Walhof in prayer on her bone marrow transplant journey. We pray that her platelets will increase and that she will receive encouraging test results.
We would like to thank you for all the words of encouragement, visits, food, and especially prayers during David’s recent surgery and recovery. Every message and quiet prayer was felt and truly lifted our spirits during this time. We are thankful for our Trinity family! David & Pam Sheffield
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the overwhelming love, prayers, and support you poured out on our family while Kyson was away at basic training. Every message, prayer, check-in, and act of kindness carries us more than you’ll ever know. We are grateful to share that Kyson has graduated basic training and is home with us until January 4. This time together has been such a gift. He will then continue his journey with AIT schooling at Fort Lee, Virginia, and we are incredibly thankful knowing he goes forward covered in prayer and surrounded by such a loving church family. Thank you for being the hands and feet of Jesus to us during this season. We are truly blessed by each of you. Michaela Van Surksum and Family
